Expert Cooling warrants Ladder Crane & Yeti Compressor Tote for life, to the original purchaser from
the date of purchase.
This lifetime warranty excludes the 1500 lb winch that comes attached to the Ladder Crane.
The winch comes with a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs or alterations or lack of maintenance.
In no event shall Expert Cooling’s liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

To take advantage of this warranty, contact us by email and give us all the details, we will then issue you a “Return Number,’’ which must be clearly posted on the outside as well as the inside of the carton. We will not accept any item back without this number. Proof of purchase must accompany the warranty return. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We offer no refunds once any purchase is complete as all sales are final.

When we process the charges, your order will ship usually within a couple of business days. We ship USPS Priority Mail (2 day) with no guaranteed shipping date or time. Tracking information is emailed to the email address that you provided when your order is processed for delivery and shipped. Tracking your package is your responsibility and late arrival must be communicated to us via email within 10 days.
Expert Cooling assumes no liability and is not responsible for shipping/delivery delays due to, or caused by adverse weather conditions, inaccurate customer supplied address, supply chain delay or other unforeseen circumstances. If for any reason your package is returned to our facility, customer is responsible for all shipping cost to resend package. Package will be shipped insured
